Reservations & Inquiries

How to Book

  • STEP 1
    Contact Us

    Please fill out the reservation form with the required information.
    If you would like to proceed with your reservation after receiving your estimate, kindly reply to us via email to confirm your intent to book.

  • STEP 2
    Confirmation from Us

    We will respond via email with a Reservation Confirmation (URL link), including details of your stay and total accommodation fee.

  • STEP 3
    Payment

    After reviewing the Reservation Confirmation, please complete your payment within one week from your booking date.

    If you’re unable to make the payment by the deadline, feel free to consult with us in advance.
    Please note that if we do not receive your payment by the due date, your reservation will be cancelled.

  • STEP 4
    Payment Confirmation

    Once we confirm your payment, we will notify you via email.
    For last-minute bookings, this email will also include the Guest Guide (URL).

  • STEP 5
    Guest Guide

    Around one week prior to your stay, we will send a Guest Guide (URL) with important information such as check-in instructions.
    If you do not receive the guide by 5 days before your stay, please contact us.

  • STEP 6
    Check-In

    On the day of your stay, you will unlock the entrance door by yourself.
    Please make sure to carefully read the Guest Guide before arriving at the property.

All communication after submitting the reservation or estimate form will be handled via email.
If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please contact us by email.

Please note: We generally do not accept inquiries by phone.

Important Notes
  • Before submitting a reservation or estimate request, please make sure to review our Rate List and Cancellation Policy carefully.
  • Once you submit the reservation form or express your intent to book via email, payment must be completed within 7 days of submitting the reservation request.
  • If you would like to reserve multiple cottages, please include the number of guests per cottage and your preferred cottage types (Due / Tre) in the “Additional Requests” section.
  • If you experience any issues submitting the form, or do not receive an automatic confirmation email, please follow the instructions below.
